Each sage stick measures 4.25 to 4.5 inches in length and is 1.5 inches wide.
When will I get my order?
We ship your order as soon as possible and within 5-7 business days. You will be notified if the shipping of your order is delayed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
For digital products - you'll receive a link in email to download your product once checkout is complete.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- There are no returns or exchanges for digital products, but reach out if there's an issue.
- Physical items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered within 14 calendar days of when your package was delivered.
- Exchanges are not accepted beyond 14 days of when the item was delivered.
- Damaged or used returned items will not be refunded, unless the fault of Art & Oracle.
- If items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for both returns and exchanges, unless the fault of Art & Oracle.
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded, unless the fault of Art & Oracle.
- If exchanging an item, shipping is charged separately for getting items back to you.
WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
- If your item ships to the wrong address, it will be returned to Art & Oracle and we can ship it again once received.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping costs to reship items if error on buyer's part.
- Missing packages marked "delivered" can often be recovered through your local post office. Please check with them as well as mail carriers in the area.
